AMERICAN HEIRLOOM VIRGINIA HEWES CRAB AND MODERN AMERICAN WICKSON CRAB APPLES.

The Process

“THE SIMPLEST SOLUTION IS USUALLY THE BEST.”  THE TWO CRAB APPLES WERE BLENDED DURING PRESSING AND SLOW COLD FERMENTED TO DRYNESS IN THE ENGLISH STYLE.  COLD MATURED FOR OVER SIX MONTHS.  NATURALLY CLEAR AND BOTTLED UNFILTERED. 

The Palate

SMOOTH YET SLIGHTLY SHARP WITH CRISP MOUTHFEEL.  THE TANGY LONG FINISH CELEBRATES THE ACIDIC QUALITIES OF THE CRAB APPLES.  STILL WITH NO FORCED CARBONATION.
